Architectural Concrete

Monolithic concrete executed to millimeter tolerances.

We cast structurally engineered, board-formed walls and architectural flatwork for modern designs where structural integrity meets raw finish quality.

Timber & Texture

The timber dictates the grain.

Our board-form texture is decided months before the pour. We select, cure, and sandblast Douglas fir timbers to raise the natural wood grain, transferring raw organic patterns directly into the cured structural concrete.

Every tie-rod hole and joint line is mapped to the millimeter on architectural elevations before formwork assembly begins. We do not patch or hide our structural work.

Material Control

Monolithic pours. Zero patching.

We execute complex, continuous pours with zero structural or aesthetic patching required. By controlling mix design, hydration rates, and vibration, we eliminate honeycombing and achieve pristine, unblemished surfaces.

Our custom color-matching and controlled aggregate exposure allow architects to specify the exact tonal depth and texture of the raw concrete, from steel-troweled sheen to sandblasted matte.
